How Our Shipping Works
You place your order
You pick the items that you want - and you place your order.
We ship out your package
After your order has been processed, we then send your items to the shipping address that was entered when you placed your order.
You receive your package
After a few days, your package arrives safely to your address (or to the address that you entered upon checkout).
Return Policy
Once merchandise is delivered, our clients have 30 days after delivery to return item. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as was received and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to any merchandise that is damaged, not in its original packaging; used or opened items.
Receipt or proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all returns. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Receipts or proof of purchase must be attached to all return correspondence.
